All attention has been made during development, manufacturing, packaging and shipping of your product to insure its quality and reliability.
As any hi-tech gear, APEX products may suffer from hardware fails. In this case, follow the instructions below.
For repairs and spare parts, please contact your local dealer first.
To make service faster and more efficient, may we kindly ask you to always attach a paper to the product you must return.

We need the following information:

✔ name of your company
✔ shipment and bill address
✔ contact person
✔ direct phone number
✔ e-mail
✔ clear failure description

All APEX products have a 2 to 5* years warranty period.

In case your product is still under warranty, join a copy of the purchase invoice. We will not accept any warranty repair or exchange without proof of purchase.
